Do you handle number porting?

Yes. We manage the entire port from your current carrier, coordinate cutover timing with you, and most businesses are live within a week. Your numbers never change.

Can I mix categories — phones from Telecom, security from MSP, AI on top?

That is the point of one partner. Most clients start with Voice, add the AI layer, and move IT over when their current contract ends. Everything lands on one bill.

Do I have to buy new phones?

No. Desk phones are optional (the mobile and desktop apps are included), and when you want hardware you can buy it outright or rent it monthly from our product catalog, starting at $4/month per phone.

What does Fully Managed actually include?

It is your IT department for a flat per-seat price: monitoring, unlimited help desk, patching, the ZeroTrust security platform, backup management, and strategy reviews, alongside your Voipcom phones.

Does the HIPAA add-on make my business HIPAA compliant?
