Quote questions, answered
Is this my final price?
It’s an accurate monthly estimate built from our published rates. Your written quote from sales confirms the final number, including any custom-scoped items and one-time hardware or setup costs.
What if I don’t know how many seats I need?
Pick a starting path or enter rough team numbers — you can change any quantity. When you send it, a local specialist confirms the right seat counts with you.
Can I build a quote without choosing hardware?
Yes. Desktop and mobile apps are included with Voice, so hardware is optional. Add phones now or later in the hardware step.
What counts toward the $55 Voice + AI bundle?
Once your quote has 6 or more Voipcom AI Platform seats, every Voice seat paired with an AI Platform seat is billed at $55/mo instead of $35 + $30. AI Summaries is a separate, lower-cost product and does not count toward the bundle.
What are custom items?
AI Receptionist, Co-Managed IT, and Backup Internet are scoped to your setup, so we don’t show an automatic price. Add them and sales prices them with you — they don’t change the estimated monthly total.
Can I buy phones instead of renting?
Yes. Use the Rent / Buy switch in the hardware step. Buying shows the phones as a one-time total, kept separate from your monthly recurring price.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Everything is billed month to month, per seat, so you can add or remove seats as your team changes.
Does Voipcom serve my area?
We’re based in Gilbert (Phoenix metro) with a Denver-area office in Greenwood Village, serving businesses across both metros with remote and on-site support.
