What changes

A phone system should remove friction, not relocate it

The value is not a longer feature list. It is fewer missed calls, cleaner handoffs, and one team accountable for the result.

Before

Calls ring out or land with the wrong person

Every call follows an intentional path

Auto-attendants, queues, overflow rules, mobile apps, and after-hours routing put callers in front of someone who can help.

Before

Work conversations spill onto personal phones

One business identity follows the team

The same business number works on desk phones, desktop, and mobile. Add Messaging when calls and texts need to share that identity.

Before

The phone vendor blames the network vendor

One accountable team owns the whole path

Voipcom can manage the phones, network, Wi-Fi, and backup internet beneath them, with local teams in Phoenix and Denver.

The managed switch

Your numbers move. We manage the project around them.

We design, configure, test, port, train, and support the system. Carrier timing varies, so the plan is built around a supervised cutover rather than a risky promise.

  1. 1

    Discover and design

We document your numbers, users, business hours, queues, and the call flows your customers already know.

  2. 2

    Configure and test

Phones, apps, routing, voicemail, eFax, and optional services are built and tested before the switch.

  3. 3

    Port, train, and go live

Your current service stays active while we coordinate the carrier port, train the team, and supervise the cutover.

  4. 4

    Support and improve

Local support handles changes, new users, routing adjustments, and the network issues other phone vendors stop at.

FAQ

Straight answers before you switch

What is included in the $35 Voice plan?

Voice starts at $35 per seat per month and includes unlimited US calling, desktop and mobile apps, auto-attendants and routing, voicemail-to-email, eFax, and number-porting assistance.

Are business texting and AI included in the $35 price?

No. Messaging is a separate plan starting at $35 per month. AI Summaries are $15 per user per month, and the full Voipcom AI Platform starts at $30 per seat per month. Your written quote itemizes every selected plan and add-on.

Is there a long-term contract?

Voice pricing is month to month, with no long-term contract required. Your exact seat count, optional services, hardware, and any usage pricing are documented before you commit.

Can I keep my existing business phone numbers?

Yes. Voipcom coordinates the port for local, toll-free, and fax numbers while your current service stays active. Timing varies by carrier; simple local ports commonly take one to two weeks.

Do we have to buy desk phones?

No. Desktop and mobile apps are included with Voice. If you want desk, cordless, or conference phones, you can buy them outright or rent from $4 per month, provisioned and supported.

What happens if our office internet goes down?

Your team can continue using the mobile app over cellular data. For locations that need desk phones to survive an outage, Voipcom also offers automatic backup-internet failover.

Can Voipcom connect calls to our CRM?

Yes. CRM integrations are available for call logging, screen pops, and click-to-dial. AI plans can also sync call summaries where the selected integration supports it.
